Palletline also offer a secure freight service for all high value freight so you can guarantee your goods are in safe hands.

This gives us the best system because of:

• The size of the Main Hub at Birmingham - a nine acre site enables all members to have their very own bay; such an arrangement is better by design than other options - both from the point of view of damage avoidance and for certainty of getting each pallet on to the right truck
• Pro-active control - the Principals of all the joint owners (i.e. all companies involved), have obligatory bi-monthly meetings which ensure non-tolerance of below par performance - and also ensure a sustained drive for progressive development
• Nationwide and strictly applied standards - these include up to £10,000 per tonne goods in transit insurance, cab phones, tail lifts, uniforms, IT systems, etc
• Distant customers served by their local depot - with whom we are in direct contact; intensive Nationwide vehicle coverage takes the problem out of meeting service specifications - even for deliveries booked for the same time in the same area.
• Scanning of all pallets during each movement using bar coded labels so that we will know where each pallet is at any given time
